Fat Blast Lunch Crunch
This is a 30-minute workout designed to get you fit fast! Strength training and cardio intervals for the person who wants to make the most of their mid-day. These classes conclude with a protein packed smoothie.

METABOLISM WAKE-UP Flex and Flow Yoga Class
This powerful 45-minute flowing workout is designed to strengthen your body and stretch your mind. Flex and flow combines body-toning rounds of Sun Salutations with strong standing postures that target and sculpt all major muscle groups–in record time! This is a brisk flowing practice that taps into your fat-burning cardiovascular capabilities, even as it chisels and defines your arms, chest, abs, legs and butt muscles. Amp up your strength, increase flexibility and stoke your stamina with this challenging flow yoga class.

WIND DOWN Yoga Stretch Class
Deepen your mind-body connection through standing balance poses, intra-muscular stretching and deep, focused breathing while increasing total core stability. During this rejuvenating workout, you will de-stress, focus on calming the mind and gain the benefits of creating lengthened, flexible muscles and a strong postural alignment. This 45-minute class will help you to end your day in a zen way.

A 30-minute class focusing strictly on strengthening, toning, and tightening your abdominals
and tush. A truly “core-conscious” class for shaping up your belly and buns.

Water Workouts
Not your typical “water aerobics” class. A 45-minute challenging,
